Kimlik/iletişim: e-posta adresi, isteğe bağlı ad. Müşteri işlem: plan, abonelik ve ödeme durumu, bağlı cihaz adları, platformları ve uygulama sürümleri; Dodo Payments'ın gönderdiği ödeme ve abonelik bildirimleri olduğu gibi (ad, e-posta, fatura adresi ve ülke, tutar, vergi, ödeme yöntemi türü, varsa kart markası ve son 4 hane; tam kart numarası asla). İşlem güvenliği: giriş oturumu bilgileri, cihaz jetonlarının tek yönlü özetleri, davet programında e-posta adresinin tek yönlü özeti, topluluk rutinlerinde IP adresinin anahtarlı tek yönlü özeti.Identity/contact: email address, optional name. Customer transactions: plan, subscription and payment status, linked device names, platforms and app versions; the payment and subscription notifications Dodo Payments sends, as received (name, email, billing address and country, amount, tax, payment method type, card brand and last 4 digits if included; never the full card number). Transaction security: sign-in session data, one-way hashes of device tokens, a one-way digest of your email for the invite programme, a keyed one-way digest of your IP address for community routines.

On a team plan the owner sees the email addresses and join status of the people they invited. Optional: anonymous error reports (scrubbed so they contain no personal data).

Hesap açmak, Pro haklarını tanımlamak, ödemeleri ve iadeleri yürütmek, cihaz bağlamak ve destek vermek (KVKK m.5/2-c: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası); fatura ve muhasebe yükümlülükleri (m.5/2-ç: hukuki yükümlülük); hizmet güvenliği ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi (m.5/2-f: meşru menfaat); yurt dışındaki sağlayıcılara aktarım için açık rıza (m.9).Creating accounts, granting Pro entitlements, handling payments and refunds, linking devices and providing support (KVKK art. 5/2-c: establishing and performing a contract); invoicing and accounting duties (art. 5/2-ç: legal obligation); service security and abuse prevention (art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest); explicit consent for transfers to providers abroad (art. 9).

Verilerin satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.Data is transferred only as needed to provide the service, to: Supabase (database and sign-in), Dodo Payments (payments and invoices), Cloudflare (website hosting), GitHub (installers), jsDelivr (the sign-in library; IP address and browser details only). Their servers may be abroad. It may be shared with authorities where the law requires. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Saklama süreleriRetention

Hesap, abonelik ve cihaz kayıtları hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır ve hesabı sildiğinde hemen silinir (yedeklerden 30 gün içinde). Ödeme kayıtları, Türk Ticaret Kanunu m.82 ve Vergi Usul Kanunu'ndaki saklama yükümlülükleri nedeniyle hesap silinse de hesapla bağı kaldırılarak 10 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir. Ham ödeme bildirimi günlüğü 90 gün, hata raporları 180 gün sonra otomatik silinir. Davet programındaki e-posta özeti ve yol haritası önerileri, hesap silinince hesapla bağı kaldırılarak saklanır. Geri bildirimler ve paylaşılan rutinler, silinmesini isteyene ya da artık gerekmeyene kadar saklanır.Account, subscription and device records are kept while your account exists and deleted as soon as you delete it (from backups within 30 days). Payment records are kept for 10 years under the retention duties of the Turkish Commercial Code (art. 82) and the Tax Procedure Law, unlinked from the account if it is deleted, and then deleted. The raw payment notification log is deleted automatically after 90 days, error reports after 180 days. The invite programme's email digest and roadmap suggestions are kept, unlinked from the account, after an account is deleted. Feedback and shared routines are kept until you ask for deletion or they are no longer needed.
