Private and excluded windows are never captured, and the screenshots are deleted once the document is written. They do go into the document, so close anything private before you start.

Say "let me show you something", close the box and do the job the way you normally would; open the box any time to say what you're doing. When you're finished, say "done". NexaPilot watches the windows, the text on screen and what you copy, turns the job into a step-by-step routine, and keeps the parts that change (month, client, file) as inputs it asks for. Then just say "run the monthly report", or put it on a schedule. A routine doesn't replay clicks blindly: it understands the steps and adapts to what's on screen. The recording stays on this computer, private windows aren't read, it lasts at most 20 minutes, and the raw recording is deleted once the routine is saved.

NexaPilot reads the selection with its formulas, writes the formula (Excel adjusts it down the rows) and adds a fitting chart. Say “the total looks wrong” and it finds error values, broken references, formulas that break their column's pattern, numbers typed in among formulas and totals that stop before the data does. The check also works on an .xlsx file on any computer. Changes written into Excel can't be undone with Ctrl+Z, so NexaPilot says what it'll write first; saving is up to you.
